Why should you go paleo? There are many people In the world today and along with all these People come from many different eating habits and diets. And one diet that is particularly good is a steady paleo diet. It's said that it is most like hunters and gathered many years ago how they lead an active lifestyle and ate whole foods. Since paleo is a whole food diet, great food items to add to your meal could be. Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices and stay away from the processed and sugary items, dairy products, legumes etc. Here is one of my favourite recipes - Chicken Korma. It's makes a nice dinner and it only take just under an hour to make. Now i gave you a basic guideline of what not to eat and what to eat but i'm going to go more in depth with what you should avoid You want to stay away from really surgery items like drinks,ice cream, candy, anything with high high amounts of sugar. One big thing to stay away from is DIARY. Some paleo diets will allow small amounts but most diets you will not be allowed to have dairy. Trans fat should not be a part of your diet so that's found in a lot of processed food like eating at fast food restaurants and also margarine which is in a lot of people's diets. One thing that people don't really know is there is many options to replace artificial sweeteners. Because those sweeteners are really bad for you. Some different options could be raw honey, stevia, and some syrups like Yacón Syrup. And what you should just stay away from in general processed food anything with lots of additives and artificial supplements. Before i go into depth with what's good to eat, here's a really quick breakfast since i know many people out there don't have time for breakfast and just skip it and go to work or go about their day. Well breakfast is the most important meal of the day so take 10 mins out of your morning to charge you for the rest of the day with this beautiful zucchini egg recipe INGREDIENTS - 2 teaspoons olive oil - 1 small zucchini, sliced - 1 egg, beaten - pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Pour in oil and saute zucchini until tender. Spread out zucchini in an even layer, and pour beaten egg evenly over top. Cook until the egg is firm. Season with pepper to taste. Here are some more foods for you to eat that will be super healthy.
